Our fail to attend/late cancellation policy - PRIVATE Registration

- Deposits are required when booking any private appointments with us. - If you do not attend your appointment with us, without making us aware, you will lose your deposit and a new one will be required when rebooking. - We require at least 24 hours notice before cancelling any appointments with us.
