Our fail to attend/late cancellation policy - PRIVATE Registration

- Deposits are required when booking any private appointments with us.
- If you do not attend your appointment with us, without making us aware, you will lose your deposit and a new one will be required when rebooking.
- We require at least 24 hours notice before cancelling any appointments with us. If you late cancel your appointment, you will lose your deposit and a new one will be required when rebooking.
- We understand sometimes our phone line can be busy and it can be difficult to get through to us. You are welcome to leave us a voice message at any time on 01159670850 or email us on reception@arnolddentalcare.co.uk to inform us if you need to cancel any appointments.
- All patients are treated equally at Arnold Dental Care and our policies apply to everyone.
